I have 25 years of experience in L&D with different industries in India & Japan. During my 11 years of stay in Japan, along with my research at Nagoya University, I conducted Cross-Culture Understanding, Soft Skill, Corporate Culture, Communication & Management related trainings for Japanese and Foreign Nationals working in Japanese Organizations. In India, post my return in 2013, I joined Pasona India, conceptualized and launched training Division as Deputy General Manager and Training Head for 6 yrs.
